The 2 reason you might upgrade failed, please check it and try to upgrade again.
1.when you download the upgrade software on you computer desktop, Neen't to create any folder, Can not rename the software, copy upgdrade file directly to your USB flash drive, otherwise will result in incorrect software upgrades.
Insert USB to NVR usb interface,Then enter the system upgrade, the system will automatically recognize the upgrade software.
